We offer an innovative, collaborative and thriving environment. /p /brh3Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliManage the full employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, amendments, probation follow-up, employee documentation, work certificates and exit processes /li /brliMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance of all employee data, files and HR systems /li /brliAct as the main HR contact for apprentices and trainees, coordinating their administrative journey with schools and apprenticeship authorities /li /brliProvide first-line HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, employee relations and welfare matters /li /brliSupport employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, warning meetings and termination processes /li /brliAdvise employees on payroll, social security, insurance, tax and immigration-related matters /li /brliManage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks and end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions /li /brliEnsure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience and promote recruitment best practices across the organization /li /brliCoordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and internal HR communications to foster a positive workplace culture /li /brliOrganize employee events and wellbeing activities, including communication, logistics, follow-up and feedback collection /li /brliSupport time and absence management processes, including leave administration, return-to-work follow-up and employee guidance /li /brliContribute to HR projects, process improvements, HR correspondence, team support activities and provide operational support to the Director of HR /li /br /ul /brh3Profile and experiences: /h3 /brul /brliHR Diploma \"Certificat d'assistant/e en gestion du personnel\" (mandatory), additional degree or certification in HR is an asset /li /brliCFFE diploma (for apprentices' management) would be a plus /li /brliMinimum 3-5 years of proven HR experience in administration, recruitment, and payroll coordination, ideally in an international or multi-site environment /li /brliExperience providing employee support/counselling in complex, fast-evolving environments /li /brliFluent French English (spoken and written) /li /brliSolid knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security, tax and payroll; knowledge of UK legislation is a plus /li /brliExceptional administrative precision with proven ability to handle high-volume, detailed tasks without errors /li /brliStrong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to independently structure workload and meet deadlines /li /brliReally good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn HR systems quickly /li /brliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, supportive and service-minded approach /li /brliDemonstrated ability to follow up, close actions, and ensure tasks are completed fully and on time /li /brliStrong understanding of counselling principles, confidentiality, and conflict resolution /li /brliHigh level of autonomy, accountability and reliability able to work with minimal supervision and anticipate next steps /li /brliProactive mindset, able to propose improvements and take initiative /li /brliTeam player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across tasks and projects /li /br /ul /brh3Other information: /h3 /brul /brliType of contract: undefined period of time contract /li /brliActivity rate: 100% /li /brliLocation: weekly presence divided between Glion Bulle campuses with home office possibilities /li /brliStart date: /li /br /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
