HR Service Specialist (m/f) 60-100%

The core of your work:
- Ensuring full support of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit.
- Responsibility for payroll processing of a defined employee portfolio, including handling variables and preparing data for payment.
- Taking over absence management as well as support of social insurances (notifications, follow-up, coordination and monitoring of cases).
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of HR data in internal systems.
- Creating reports and statistics for the finance department (HR controlling).
- Performing account reconciliations in cooperation with the accounting department.
- Supporting managers in preparing and following up HR discussions as well as ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Active participation in HR projects, especially in optimising processes, tools and systems.
What makes our heart beat faster:
- Commercial training, complemented by a certificate as HR specialist HRSE and/or the federal diploma in Human Resources (Option A).
- More than 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
- Process orientation and strong attention to detail, solid HR expertise as well as very good priority and deadline management.
- Digital skills or knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence in HR are a real plus.
- A reliable, solution-oriented, proactive and independent personality with great interest in administrative tasks and continuous improvement.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, HR software (Abacus) and time recording systems (OnTime).
- Ideally bilingual (French/German), alternatively native proficiency in one of the two languages and at least level B2 in the other. English at least level B2.
