Business Analyst and Sales Coordinator
For our headquarters in Kreuzlingen/Switzerland we are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP,
In this versatile role, you will design and optimize the sales processes of the HOLY FASHION GROUP. You will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the relevant departments to develop efficient and forward-looking solutions.
As the central point of contact between Customer Service, Sales, and other departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Procurement, you will gather process requirements, evaluate them, and oversee their implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and documenting new processes as well as further developing existing ones. In addition, you will prepare insightful analyses and reports to serve as the basis for well-informed management decisions and drive continuous optimization of our data and process landscape.
Required experience and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field - or, alternatively, a very strong business-related apprenticeship
- Initial professional experience in business analysis, sales, operations, or a related field
- A strong aptitude for numbers and data, as well as an enthusiasm for identifying patterns and deriving concrete recommendations for action from them
- Excellent Excel skills and, ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as other reporting or BI tools
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high standard for quality
- An interest in conceptual topics and a passion for actively developing processes and workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively bring together diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
