Your tasks

• You lead the marketing department of Curaprox Switzerland with two employees and report directly to the management of Curaprox Switzerland.
• You strategically develop the Curaprox brand in Switzerland and are responsible for planning, implementing, and analysing marketing activities.
• You develop marketing and sales promotion measures for professionals (B2B) as well as for end consumers (B2C).
• You define priorities and plan product launches including success control.
• You are responsible for online marketing via social media, newsletters, e-shops, and search engines.
• You plan the strategic direction of B2B and B2C trade fair appearances together with the trade fair team.
• You lead marketing projects, cooperations, and partnerships, actively participate in implementation, and are responsible for collaboration with the PR agency.
• You assess sponsorship and donation requests and participate in decision-making.

Your profile

• You have a university degree in marketing, communication, or business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in marketing, especially in independently leading and implementing larger marketing projects.
• You are familiar with B2B and B2C marketing and have sound knowledge of online marketing.
• You like to take responsibility and can motivate and develop a team. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in German, English, and French – both spoken and written.
• You think strategically and analytically, work in a structured way, and actively contribute to implementation.
• You enjoy working with different teams, agencies, and external partners and present yourself convincingly.
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market as well as experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry are advantageous.
