Your missions The management of thermal projects, from client needs to commissioning Thermal studies and sizing of heat pump installations Cost estimation, budgets, and cost monitoring Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and various trades Monitoring of construction sites, permits, technical files, and subsidy applications Energy analysis and optimisation of existing buildings CECB / CECB+ procedures and energy consulting Implementation of energy monitoring solutions Support and technical advice to our clients Develop current and future energy services (Monitoring, savings, efficiency...) Your profile You are naturally curious, proactive, and innovative. You enjoy challenging the status quo, exploring new approaches, and turning your ideas into concrete solutions. Autonomous and pragmatic, you take initiatives and drive your projects forward while fostering team spirit and collaboration. Comfortable both on site and with clients, you wish to apply your expertise to energy optimisation and the development of tomorrow’s solutions. Ideally, you hold a qualification as an ES Technician or HES Engineer in building technology, energy, HVAC/thermal or equivalent. A technical CFC complemented by higher education and solid experience in the field is also welcome. You must be certified as a CECB / CECB+ Expert, a qualification essential for this position. Every two years, you receive CHF 250.- for the purchase of a mobile phone (subject to HR department conditions). Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Thursday between 7am and 5pm, and Friday until 3:30pm. REKA cheques: 25% bonus on your REKA cheques, up to CHF 150.- per year.
