Job Description We are looking for a proactive Product Owner with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. In this role you will define and shape our product roadmap, champion continuous improvement, and partner closely with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy Execution : Translate product strategy into actionable work items and manage the backlog at sprint level.
Sprint Management : Oversee 2‑week cycles, resolve issues, manage change requests, and ensure delivery of high‑quality features.
Stakeholder Interface : Serve as the primary bridge between teams and product leadership, maintaining system reliability and compliance with ITIL/ISO 2000 standards.
Technical Engagement : Understand implementation details, technical constraints, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.
Incident and Problem Management : Lead incident response, assess severity, conduct root‑cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts.
Team Collaboration : Run daily stand‑ups, participate in sprint planning, and remove blockers to keep the team aligned with priorities.

Backlog & Prioritization : Define and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with product strategy; write detailed acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management : Prioritize features based on business value, technical dependencies, and customer impact; balance technical debt.
Incident & Problem Management : Lead incident response, assess impact, and conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Documentation : Produce and maintain comprehensive product specifications.
Governance & Collaboration : Run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
Leadership & Customer Focus : Resolve customer issues, manage feedback, and advocate for usability.
Technical Acumen : Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, technical debt, API design, system integration, and expertise in M365 and related products.
Collaboration : Facilitate Agile ceremonies, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and engage in technical discussions.
Issue & Change Management : Experience with ITIL change management, issue tracking, impact assessment, and risk evaluation.
Decision‑Making : Make quick decisions, prioritize trade‑offs, and evaluate technical trade‑offs.
Backlog Management : Track backlog metrics, monitor health, and maintain governance documentation.
