Our requirements:
- Technical vocational training and further education in Lean, Six Sigma or process management
- Several years of experience in process optimisation in an industrial environment and good analytical skills
- Confident handling of ERP systems and application of methods such as process analysis, time management and value stream design using analysis and planning tools
- Experienced in dealing with KPIs and problem-solving methods
- Independent management of projects and several topics in parallel
- Power BI is an advantage
- German and English spoken and written
Your main tasks:
- Development and implementation of the CI strategy in coordination with the Plant Manager
- Building and further developing a Lean and CIP culture as well as leading CIP projects
- Further development of process-oriented working in the company and conducting process analyses as well as moderating process mappings
- Creating data-based decision-making foundations through appropriate KPIs, analyses and dashboards as well as their collection, evaluation and visualisation
- Integration of digitalisation, automation and future topics into improvement work and implementation of improvement measures
- Support of shopfloor management and problem solving on site
- Development, introduction and maintenance of standards
- Follow-up of measures and effectiveness as well as their documentation
