Head of Logistics Department 100% (m/f/d) Your Tasks
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Logistics Department (13 employees, 2 apprentices) Overall responsibility for goods receipt, warehousing, internal transport, order picking and goods dispatch Ensuring an efficient flow of goods, materials and information along the entire value chain Planning and controlling warehouse and logistics processes considering quality, costs and deadlines Close cooperation with production, purchasing, sales and quality assurance Monitoring of safety, quality and environmental standards Preparation of key figures, evaluations and reports Participation in investment and digitalisation projects in the logistics area Analysis and implementation of continuous improvements (CIP/Lean) to increase efficiency, quality and process stability Your Profile
Completed training in logistics with further education at the level of logistics specialist, supply chain management or comparable Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role within a production or industrial company Experience in warehouse management, material flow control and production logistics Experience with CIP/Lean and structured problem-solving methods Strong organisational skills, clear decision-making ability and consistent implementation Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach in dealing with internal and external interfaces Very good German and English skills What We Offer You
