Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families Organisation and implementation of excursions and parent activities Active participation in team meetings Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring? A completed qualification as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications Trainer qualification an advantage Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods Team player Initiative, creativity and flexibility Independent, structured and responsible way of working
