What makes your work particularly attractive
In this central, newly created role, you will take responsibility for the practice management of our outpatient clinics across locations on behalf of the Deputy Chief Physician. You will lead and coordinate the front and back office areas of the outpatient clinics, continuously develop administrative processes, and ensure uniform standards across locations. In doing so, you monitor existing procedures, identify optimisation potentials, and implement improvement measures in a targeted manner.
Furthermore, you promote efficient collaboration among all involved parties. You manage the secretariats of all outpatient clinics organisationally, professionally, and personnel-wise. At the same time, you participate in day-to-day operations and ensure a reliable deputy organisation.
You work closely with the Head of Patient Administration and contribute to the billing of outpatient services. You and your team are the first points of contact for therapists and doctors regarding service recording. You analyse performance, productivity, and utilisation metrics, support the site management in business management issues, and contribute to optimal appointment and resource planning.
What distinguishes you
As a Medical Practice Assistant, you have experience in a comparable role, are familiar with the principles of service billing, and handle digital tools proficiently. You have already completed or are willing to complete further training as a Practice Coordinator.
Personally, you convince through a willingness to shape, organisational talent, and a flair for business management contexts. You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You share the patient-centred attitude of Klinik Südhang.
