Your Tasks
- Management of the Surveying Department with 10 employees and 4 apprentices
- Participation in the management of the Geomatics and Surveying Office
- Support and assistance to employees with daily challenges
- Active shaping and further development of digital transformation processes in the field of surveying
- Coordination and collaboration with other municipal departments and external stakeholders
- Promotion of the personal development of employees
Your Profile
- Training as a Geomatics Engineer (B.Sc/M.Sc) or Geomatics Technician FA
- Extensive expertise and professional experience in official surveying, construction and engineering surveying as well as modern measurement and evaluation methods
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with teams and the ability to support people and achieve common goals
- Strong communication and organisational skills
