Your Tasks
Order processing: Overall responsibility for the timely, cost‑effective, and quality‑compliant handling of the assigned customer portfolio
Hub function: Central contact person for customers as well as an important interface to internal departments
Finance & Planning: Preparation of offers, post‑calculations as well as forecast and sales planning
Data & Analysis: Preparation of statistics, evaluations and customer‑specific KPIs as well as careful maintenance of customer data
Quality assurance: Responsibility for complaint management and process monitoring
Our Requirements
Education: University of Applied Sciences/Bachelor's degree or commercial basic training with appropriate further education
Experience: At least five years of professional experience in supply chain management, internal sales or customer management – ideally in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry (GMP environment)
Mindset: Structured working method, interconnected thinking, quick comprehension as well as a solution‑oriented "can‑do" mentality
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit, reliability and high resilience
Languages & IT: Business fluent German and English (spoken/written), proficient use of MS Office and good ERP knowledge (preferably SAP)
