Our team in the Building Department is responsible for the areas of building permits, urban planning, real estate, energy, and sport.
As Head of Building Permits, you are responsible for the building permit process up to and including final acceptance. You lead a team of specialists from the building permits, building control, fire police, and civil protection control bodies. All team members have many years of experience in their fields of activity.

Your tasks in this role are:
- You take on the personnel and organisational leadership of the Building Permits area and actively shape its further development.
- Together with your team, you ensure the legally compliant execution of the building permit process and advise applicants.
- You coordinate building appeal procedures and ensure a smooth process.
- You accompany procedures in the area of monument preservation.
- You draft and review building permits and ensure a high quality of decisions.
- You actively contribute your expertise in the meetings of the building authority.
