Area Sales Manager (Region Zürich) In this role, you’ll combine working independently in the market with the consistent implementation of our sales and marketing strategies, and you’ll actively contribute to the further development of our Swiss business.
Your mission
You will independently manage your sales territory and ensure that our products are optimally placed with our customers.
You will strategically expand existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our brands.
You will consistently implement marketing and sales activities in the market and identify trends and new opportunities early on.
You monitor market developments and use this information to devise measures to strengthen our market position.
You manage a diverse customer portfolio (wholesalers, food retail chains, department stores, kiosks, gas stations, pharmacies, and bakeries).
You represent our brands at trade shows, exhibitions, and events hosted by our retail partners.
You actively participate in regional and national sales events and contribute to the team.
You take on additional tasks as needed and support other sales regions.

You enjoy being out in the field, work independently, and know how to build and nurture long-term customer relationships. You stand out thanks to your hands‑on approach, flexibility, and knack for spotting sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Basic business training with a focus on or further education in sales.
At least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, ideally in the food or FMCG industry.
Strong persuasive skills and a creative, flexible, and independent work style.
A high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to make decisions quickly and pragmatically.
Fluency in German (C2 level); good French skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Zürich/Eastern Switzerland region.
Valid Category B driver’s license.
Strong IT skills and confidence using digital tools.
Residing in the Zürich region.
