You will participate in the daily organisation of agricultural activities, coordinate work and teams, and actively contribute to the monitoring and development of crops. /ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbTeam and Work Management /b /pulliOrganise and coordinate agricultural work, third-party services and mechanisation needs /liliEnsure operational monitoring of teams and intervene in managing daily issues /liliEnsure efficient use of resources and smooth progress of work /li /ulpbCrop Management /b /pulliMonitor data and activities by plot /liliParticipate in crop planning and land management /liliOrganise various tasks: phytosanitary treatments, fertilisation, mechanisation and harvesting /liliManage plant orders and anticipate climatic risks /liliParticipate in research and development of new crops /li /ulpbMonitoring and Coordination /b /pulliParticipate in the preparation of Bio and SwissGAP inspections and ensure follow-up of agricultural files /liliCoordinate and transmit crop data to various partners and relevant organisations /liliEngage in technical exchanges with producers and industry stakeholders /li /ulpbMechanised Work /b /pulliActively participate in the farm's mechanised work: land preparation, flail mowing and other agricultural tasks /liliCarry out work for third parties and participate in snow clearance /liliPerform other mechanical tasks necessary for the smooth running of the farm /li /ulpbYOUR PROFILE /b /pulliTraining in the agricultural field or equivalent professional experience /liliProven experience in the agricultural sector, ideally with organisational or coordination responsibilities /liliVery good knowledge of crops and agricultural work /liliExcellent proficiency with agricultural machinery /liliAbility to organise, coordinate and support a team on the ground /liliComfortable with IT tools and data monitoring /liliGood anticipation and decision-making skills /liliAutonomous, versatile, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality /liliFlexibility and availability according to agricultural activity periods /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
