Head of Portfolio Management
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Portfolio Management department within the Real Estate division
- Management of teams at the Küsnacht and Lausanne sites
- Development and implementation of the portfolio strategy
- Steering the portfolio in terms of performance, business plans, investments, etc.
- Representation of the owner with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- University-level degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business management, real estate economics, architecture, civil engineering or finance
- Management experience in a comparable environment
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio management, asset management or real estate investment management, including the development and implementation of portfolio and asset strategies
- In-depth understanding of real estate valuation
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
- Convincing personality, with strong leadership, natural authority and a strong presence, as well as excellent communication skills between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland, specialisation areas and hierarchical levels
