Become part of our team! For our location in Olten, we are looking for an ambitious personality as Service Manager IT starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the management, quality assurance and further development of an assigned customer portfolio
Planning, management and implementation of IT projects and further developments
Definition of project goals, milestones, resources and schedules
Structuring of tasks, responsibilities and dependencies
Clear and transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Recording customer needs and deriving corresponding sales opportunities
Preparation of small and medium-sized offers in coordination with the PreSales team
Coordination of collaboration between the various teams
Ensuring structured handovers to operations and the service desk
Responsibility for the continuous documentation of configurations and adjustments
What distinguishes you
Completed training in business, computer science or comparable
Several years of experience in service management or a comparable role
Experience in the MSP or system integrator environment
Sound understanding of service processes
Ability to plan and manage projects in a structured manner
Experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders
Clear communication skills and confident appearance
Decision-making and escalation ability
Very good German skills, English an advantage
Ability to manage operations and change holistically
