For the further development of our nursing quality, we are looking for a committed professional who passes on their knowledge, supports employees, and actively helps shape nursing.
YOUR TASK
- Ensure and specifically further develop nursing quality
- Advise employees professionally and support them in complex situations
- Participate in RAI, care planning, and nursing documentation
- Develop and implement concepts, standards, and instructions
- Design training, specialist inputs, quality projects, and audits
- Represent the management of care and support
WHAT YOU BRING
- Diploma in nursing HF/FH or equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience in long-term care
- Interest in quality development
- High social and communication skills
- Independent, structured working style
- Enjoy passing on knowledge and empowering employees
- Knowledge of RAI LTCF Switzerland is an advantage
