You will be talking to our clients, finding the key decision makers, qualifying their needs, and convincing them to join as clients.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders) is critical.
To be successful in this role, you need a results-driven mentality that celebrates wins but never sleeps on that success.
Your tasks will include: Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients, from prospecting to contract signature.
Build and execute a proactive inbound and outbound lead generation strategy to ensure a consistent, qualified pipeline.
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales forecast to provide leadership with reliable visibility on pipeline health.
Lead contract negotiations for Enterprise deals, including pricing structures and terms, in coordination with legal and procurement stakeholders.
Build and maintain strategic account plans for key Enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for expansion beyond the initial contract.
Support the Client Success team in the onboarding of newly won clients.
Share best practices and provide informal coaching to junior sales team members, supporting their ramp-up.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams, feeding market and client insights back into the organization.
Leverage AI tools in your daily workflow to prepare client outreach, summarize meetings, and support sales research.
Requirements Who we are looking for You hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in Saa S sales, including experience managing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quota.
You are proficient in using a CRM system to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean sales data.
You have experience leading contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, with procurement or legal stakeholders.
Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with professional proficiency in English; German would be a big plus.
Prior exposure to HR, employee benefits, or a related B2B service industry is a plus.
