Job description In your new role, your duties have an impact on the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of:
Managing doctors' schedules
Managing the service's email inbox
Receiving and handling calls, arranging appointments
Summoning patients
Retrieving medical documents from external practices and institutions, archiving them in patient files
Preparing consultation files
Welcoming and directing patients
Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients
Printing/issuing certificates and prescriptions for patients
Transcribing/proofreading, validating and ensuring the dispatch of medical reports

Ease in communication and identifying transmission channels
Adaptability, mastery of simultaneous task management, versatility
Ability to organise your work, define priorities, monitor and follow up on activities
Proficiency with office equipment and Windows IT tools, as well as those specific to the hospital environment
Mastery of French spelling and syntax, and medical terminology
Rigor, professional conscience, positive approach, discretion
Education level Diploma as a medical secretary or commercial CFC, or equivalent training
Experience At least 3 years of experience as a medical secretary, or experience to be evaluated
