Full time
Department: General Management
Company Description With more than 13,000 employees representing 160 professions, the Geneva University Hospitals are a reference institution at the national and international level. The Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) have established an Innovation Centre to improve and evolve the hospital through collective intelligence, fostering the best ideas from employees.
Job Description Within the Innovation Centre, you participate in the deployment and promotion of the digital platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO among healthcare professionals, HUG employees, and patients. Supervised by the respective project managers, you support administrative, organisational and operational activities related to the development of the platforms.
As part of your duties you:
You welcome, inform, guide and support users of Concerto and Mon Espace PRO in person or remotely, facilitating their use of the platforms and access to digital services.
You provide first‑level support to patients, healthcare professionals and other users, particularly for connection, authentication, identity verification and use of the various features of the digital tools.
You present the Concerto platform to hospitalised and outpatient patients to promote its use and assist them in completing digital clinical forms and questionnaires (PROMs).
You maintain regular contact with users to encourage adoption of digital solutions, gather their needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of their experience.
You participate in organising and facilitating training sessions, workshops, demonstrations and awareness‑raising activities aimed at patients, caregivers and other teams around Concerto, Mon Espace PRO and associated digital tools.
You contribute to promoting the digital platforms at internal and external events and support the dissemination of best practices related to their use.
You collaborate with care teams, project managers and business teams to identify user needs, collect feedback and participate in the evolution of digital services.
You support the creation, updating and distribution of communication materials, practical guides and support materials intended for users.
You follow up on requests received by phone, email or during office hours, as well as various administrative tasks related to the activities of the Innovation Centre.
You deploy and provide iPads to isolated patients to help maintain their connection with loved ones during hospitalisation.
The assignment may include occasional travel within partner institutions of the Geneva care network (nursing homes, clinics, medical practices or home‑care services).
Qualifications This assignment is intended for a person subject to civil service wishing to invest in a mission with high added value for the community, within an innovative hospital environment oriented towards the digital transformation of care pathways.
To apply, you must be registered with the Federal Office of Civil Service and have an admission decision validated by the CIVI.
You hold a Master’s level qualification in one of the following fields: hospitality, economics, sciences (medicine, pharmacy, biology), nursing, IT or engineering, or have a background enabling you to develop the skills required for this mission.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy human contact and demonstrate listening, empathy, kindness and a strong sense of service. Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences, you know how to communicate clearly, pedagogically and adapted to individual needs.
You have a good command of digital tools, digital applications and common office software. You have a keen interest in new technologies and their use in healthcare, and are motivated to contribute to improving the patient experience and the adoption of digital solutions.
Autonomous, organised and reliable, you know how to work in a team, collaborate with professionals from different backgrounds, respect established procedures and show initiative in your assigned activities. Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to collect, understand and value user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
