Settlement Officer - Retail Team As a member of the Settlement Retail team, you will support back office operations by processing transfer and securities‑related transactions, maintaining daily reconciliation, and ensuring consistency between internal records and external custodians.
Job Description
Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
Processing of physical shares
Conducting reconciliation and investigation related to securities
Front‑office support
Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Finance Back Office department; swift knowledge a plus
Fluent in French; good command of English; German a plus
Proficient with the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word) and generally interested in technical tools
Stress‑resistant and eager to learn
Team player who enjoys being part of a dynamic team
