Responsibilities
Managing the complete financial accounting
Preparing the VAT return
Preparing the annual financial statements
Managing subsidiary ledgers (debtors and creditors)
Monthly reporting of payments to management
Time management in RTM (real time management)
Managing payroll accounting
Preparing monthly salary payments
Settlements with social insurance institutions
Corresponding with public authorities and external contacts
Various tasks for management
Qualifications
Commercial employee with a federal diploma; ideally trained as an accounting clerk
Confident German, English is an advantage
Experience with ERP (Navision) and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
