Our solution covers the entire value chain, from owner to tenant. We are over 80 employees in Bern, Zurich and Lausanne. Our French-speaking team is growing, and we want it to know the field as well as our clients. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pYou act as the link between the business and development.br/Specifically, you: /pullianalyse and qualify requests from our clients and partners, in connection with our internal teams; /liliwrite specifications for new accounting features and test them before production deployment; /lilisupport management companies migrating to GARAIO REM: accounting setup, data migration, initial closings; /lilishare your practitioner’s perspective so the software matches the reality of French-speaking Swiss management companies. /li /ulpYour ideas have a direct impact: they end up in a tool used daily by management companies across Switzerland. /ph3YOUR PROFILE /h3ulliCommercial employee CFC (property or fiduciary sector) or equivalent training; a federal diploma (property management, finance and accounting) is an asset. /liliSolid experience in property accounting, notably in service charge statements, property closings and condominium accounting. /liliYou have worked with at least one property management software (e.g. Quorum, Rimo, Immotop, Abaimmo, Garaio REM is an asset). /liliYou are comfortable with IT and enjoy patiently supporting users. /liliYou appreciate variety and willingly take on responsibilities. /liliYour mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of German, at least spoken. /li /ulpYour field experience counts more than a checklist. /ph3WHAT WE OFFER YOU /h3pIn addition to 6 weeks’ holiday, flexible working hours, home office and attractive social benefits, outstanding professional performance is rewarded both personally and financially.br/We also offer you the possibility to work in Lausanne and Bern.br/With the modern workplace.
