Professional responsibility within the team for the entire HR area (without managerial responsibility) Point of contact for employees, managers, authorities and offices in all HR, payroll and insurance matters Ensuring seamless administration of social insurances including pension fund Monitoring of time and absence management Management and execution of the recruitment and onboarding process Administration of entries and exits as well as master data maintenance Collaboration, including deputy role, in the operational handling of the entire payroll process for approx. 100 employees Account reconciliation and close cooperation with financial accounting as well as issuing annual salary certificates Responsibility for annual settlements (internal and external) Development and promotion of talent management and employee training Establishment and further development of professional HR controlling Creation and evaluation of HR key figures, reports and statistics Qualifications
Completed commercial training with a specialist certificate in human resources or a business degree with a focus on HR Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a commercial or corporate environment High service orientation, reliability and discretion Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills Independent, precise and structured working style with a strong understanding of numbers Team spirit, personal responsibility and solution-oriented thinking High resilience, flexibility and motivation for further development Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage Additional Information
