Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning programmes Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, invitations, and venue arrangements (virtual and in-person) Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and reports to a high standard Maintain accurate training records, databases, and attendance tracking Act as a point of contact for participants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner Take clear and structured notes during training sessions or meetings when required Support post-training activities, including feedback collection and reporting Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external providers Profil du candidat
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in training, HR, or events Excellent English skills, particularly in written communication and document preparation Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable High level of discretion and professionalism Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured and autonomous manner Conditions et Avantages
