ppThe Echaud Foundation is a socio-educational institution that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognised severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of therapists at the Cugy residential centre, we are looking from 1st December 2026 for: /p h3An Occupational Therapist at 100% /h3 h3The Position: /h3 ul liWork within a team of dynamic therapists, with a large degree of autonomy. /li liCreate and produce adapted auxiliary aids. /li liCollaborate and be attentive to the educational teams supporting the beneficiaries. /li liWork with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of therapeutic programmes and educational projects for the beneficiaries. /li liParticipate in review meetings on beneficiary support. /li liCollaborate with families and legal representatives. /li liCollaborate with external partners. /li liSubmit AI requests for auxiliary aids. /li liMaintain and update therapeutic files of the beneficiaries. /li /ul h3The Profile: /h3 ul liOccupational therapist diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. /li liAwareness of multiple disabilities. /li liInterest in engaging in an integrated therapy concept. /li liEase in teamwork, organisation and reliability. /li liGood computer skills. /li /ul h3The Framework: /h3 ul liVaried team work, rich in contacts, based on participation and responsibility. /li liPleasant working environment. /li liDynamic atmosphere. /li liInternal training and opportunities for continuing education. /li liInstitutional cafeteria. /li liFitness room available free of charge to staff. /li liFree parking. /li li7 weeks’ holiday. /li liSalary conditions according to the collective labour agreement of the Vaud parapublic social sector. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
