To ensure the consistency of the quality of our products and guarantee compliance with food safety standards, we are looking for immediately or by agreement: a quality assurance manager at 80%

Your main tasks:

• Manage and maintain quality assurance at our three sites
• Maintain certifications (AOP, Organic, FSSC)
• Administrative follow-up of quality assurance measures
• Monitoring product quality and food safety
• Maintain and guarantee hygiene and the operation of the FSSC 22000 and HACCP quality system
• Maintain standards within production and operations
• Follow up on complaints and quality non-conformities on products
• Create product labels and generate barcodes
• Control and validate product sheets and product labels
• Monitor and manage packaging stock (cartons, bags, labels, etc.)
• Take and follow up on microbiological analyses (in collaboration with a laboratory)

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in a food-related profession or training in the food sector
• At least 2 years of successful QA experience in the food industry is an asset
• Good knowledge of food safety audits
• Good knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
• Knowledge of labelling legislation
• Native French speaker
• Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Espera, GoLabel and QLabel software is an asset
• Proficient with common quality tools
• Interest in quality
• Flexible, available, autonomous, with leadership and persuasive skills
• Organised and responsible
• Holder of a driving licence
• Resident in the North Vaud region is an asset
