Tasks In this role, you are an important part of our young, flexible, and committed team in the craftsmen's shop. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual with a strong service mindset:
Take responsibility for the craftsmen's shop
Advise and convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales
Ensure smooth operations by entering orders into the system and managing goods and inventory
Support the team by performing administrative office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the craftsmen's shop
Implement sales-promoting measures while keeping guidelines in view to increase the shop's turnover and success
Be part of our commitment to customer loyalty and satisfaction by participating in customer events and supporting inventories; additionally, attend meetings to contribute to the shop's further development
Requirements
A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in hardware or similar
You bring at least 2 years of professional sales experience to successfully apply your sales skills
Solid SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to handle business processes efficiently
Your sales flair and confident handling of numbers allow you to recognise customer needs and offer suitable solutions
A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact
Your pronounced sales mentality and willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional
