You will play an essential role by ensuring the following daily tasks: Supervise, evaluate and oversee part of the team composed of 20 RI financial case managers (GDF), ensuring work organisation, cover arrangements and monitoring of case reviewsEnsure the application of the legal and regulatory framework of insertion income (RI) as well as internal directivesBe a resource person for the RI GDFs, answering questions related to the RI financial benefit and subsidiarityParticipate in coordination and cross-functional activities with other local managers of CSR RivieraLead or co-lead administrative seminars to convey information and strengthen group dynamics Your profile: Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences in the social field or management, or equivalent trainingTraining in management or team leadershipFederal certificate in social insurance or commitment to obtain itAt least 5 years of professional experience in a social service or insuranceProven experience of at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in public administration or social insurance is a major assetExcellent knowledge of RI standards and IT tools (Word, Excel, Maori, Pro Concept) is an assetProven leadership, sense of responsibility, respect for the legal framework and directives, analytical and synthesis skills, planning and organisational skills, public service ethics, interpersonal skills Interested in this offer?
