The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protective measures in cases of child welfare endangerment as well as for adults in need of assistance. As a Financial Officer, you ensure the professional and reliable handling of financial matters related to the ordered measures and support the team with all finance-related questions. Your Tasks
- Independent preparation and execution of financial statements
- Controlling of administrative costs and preparation of billing to the affiliated municipalities
- Responsibility for complete and timely invoicing of fee invoices as well as invoices to the affiliated municipalities
- Ensuring and monitoring the timely preparation of budgets
- Checking and coding of all creditor invoices
Your Profile
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the public sector
- Knowledge of the programs Abacus and Innosolv is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
