In this key role, you will competently accompany our clients throughout the entire marketing process until successful completion. You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and appreciate a professional, collegial environment.
Real Estate Consultant New Build 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your core tasks:
- Support in the acquisition of new build mandates (offers, offer presentations, project assessments, and sales/rental price estimates)
- Advising and supporting our clients and prospective buyers throughout the entire marketing process
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and concepts
- Sale of new build projects in all Walde market areas
- Planning and conducting consultation meetings and viewings
- Responsibility for implementing the defined marketing measures within the budget
- Presentation of projects to banks
- Preparation of purchase contracts in cooperation with notaries
- Participation in the preparation of legal documents Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM
Your profile:
- Experience in real estate sales with demanding clients
- Sound knowledge in the sale of new build projects
- Experience in customer care and key account management
- Commercial basic training with further education in the real estate industry
- Confident, winning manner and strong communication skills
- Team-oriented, innovative and open to new approaches
- Enjoy building and maintaining a strong network
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Driving licence category B
