HEKS/EPER in Zurich seeks an experienced Head of Global Cooperation to lead international programs and sit on the Executive Board. You will shape strategy across development cooperation, humanitarian aid, church cooperation and policy, while guiding budgeting and governance.
This role requires visionary leadership, multi-year budgeting, fundraising, and building networks with donors and partners worldwide; frequent travel and exceptional English plus German or French are essential.
