Projektmanager (m/w/d) Standorterweiterung / Modulbau Büroflächen

Aufgaben:

• Gesamtkoordination der Standorterweiterung im Bereich Büro- und Nebenflächen

• Steuerung und Abstimmung externer Modulbau-Anbieter

• Koordination interner Stakeholder (u. a. Facility Management, IT, Produktion, Management)

• Begleitung und Koordination von Bauanträgen und Genehmigungsprozessen

• Planung und Abstimmung von Medien, Leitungen und Anschlüssen (z. B. Strom, IT, Wasser, Abwasser)

• Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen infrastrukturellen Voraussetzungen termingerecht vorhanden sind

• Termin-, Kosten- und Schnittstellenmanagement

• Operative Projektsteuerung bis zur Umsetzungsreife bzw. Übergabe

Qualifikation:

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektmanager / Bauprojektmanager / Standortentwickler

• Erfahrung mit Gewerbebauten, idealerweise Modulbau oder temporären Bauten

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Koordination externer Dienstleister

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Behörden und Genehmigungsprozessen

• Strukturierte, durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

  Nice to have

• Erfahrung in industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeldern

• Facility-Management- oder Infrastruktur-Background

Project Manager (m/f/d) – Site Expansion / Modular Office Buildings

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of the site expansion with a focus on office and auxiliary areas

• Management and coordination of external modular construction providers

• Coordination of internal stakeholders (incl. Facility Management, IT, Production, Management)

• Support and coordination of building permit and approval processes

• Planning and coordination of utilities, lines and connections (e.g. electricity, IT, water, wastewater)

• Ensuring that all required infrastructure prerequisites are available on time

• Schedule, cost and interface management

• Operational project management through to implementation readiness and handover

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager / Construction Project Manager / Site Developer

• Experience with commercial buildings, ideally modular or temporary constructions

• Strong experience in coordinating external service providers

• Experience dealing with authorities and approval processes

• Structured, assertive working style

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

• Background in facility management or infrastructure
