To strengthen our Growth team, we are looking for a Support Technician (f/m/d) who is eager to contribute hands‑on to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced cryogenic systems.

Responsibilities

• You support the operation, repair, and upgrading of our in-house development systems
• You support installations and maintenance at customer sites
• You support the production team in finishing assemblies and systems
• You work closely with engineers to implement new test assemblies and routines
• You build a comprehensive understanding of our systems to anticipate and mitigate faults that might turn up during production or operation
• You perform troubleshooting and fault clearance

Requirements

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship (on-the-job training/Berufsausbildung) or technical degree
• You have an eye for detail and documentation
• You have good oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
• You enjoy hands‑on work and are willing to travel
