Area Sales Manager (m / f / d) East Germany

WHAT TO EXPECT

• As a team member of the German sales team, your responsibility will include establishing and expanding our sales activities in East Germany. You will have the opportunity to make a difference through a high level of personal responsibility and flexibility.
• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers.
• Development of technical and commercial solutions in cooperation with existing resources based on customer requirements.
• Representing this area at trade fairs and other events.
• Maintaining and utilizing the CRM system (Salesforce).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in technically demanding sales.
• High technical affinity; expertise in drive technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Pioneering spirit, flexibility, and strong negotiation skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (at least 50%).
• Proficiency in English and German.
