We’re growing, and we’re looking for a remote Client Success Manager based in LATAM to ensure every client we win becomes a long-term partner.
As aClient Success Manager, you'll be the client's main point of contact once a contract is awarded. You'll own the relationship, client satisfaction, and account health for the life of each contract. You'll work closely with our Operations team: Operations runs delivery, and you make sure the client is informed, heard, and satisfied, and that problems are caught early.
This is a fast-paced role. Contracts can be awarded and launched on short notice, especially in emergency response, and you'll often manage several active accounts at once. If you like being the person who keeps everyone aligned when things move quickly, you'll do well here.
