MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Engineering team, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.
What your day will look like:
- Monitoring and inspecting technical systems in cooperation with the team
- Repair and maintenance of our guest rooms, technical areas, and public spaces
- Ensuring smooth hotel operations
- Implementation of all Marriott standards
What we are looking for:
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, or similar) or comparable experience
- Initial professional experience in a technical role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Solid technical expertise
- Good German and English language skills
- A team player with strong organizational skills
- Quick comprehension, ability to multitask, and resilience under pressure
- Working schedule is based on a 5-day workweek, including early and late shifts. Weekend and public holiday on-site standby duties are shared on a rotating basis.
