We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant who is fluent in German to join our global finance team for 6 months.
What you'll be doing...
You will be responsible for the efficient invoicing and cash collection as well as allocation of Accounts Receivable, ensuring all invoices are raised accurately and on time, in accordance with lease terms and company procedure.
Responsibilities will include providing copy invoices to brands who request them in order to speed up payments, monitoring of the Accounts Receivable inbox where brands email requesting information on their accounts, enter reported turnover figures to the Finance system and ad hoc support.

To be successful you’ll bring...
• Relevant experience gained within a busy office environment
• Good communication skills
• Fluent German and English
• Strong Attention to detail
• Good telephone manner
• IT Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – Intermediate level
