Job Description
- Lead the Global Project Buyers team, ensuring procurement involvement in the entire product development process.
- Implement category strategies in early product development phases in close coordination with key stakeholders.
- Act as a key interface between development, quality, and procurement to improve launch timing and supplier selection.
- Ensure competitive supplier negotiations and cost control from early project phases.
- Align project sourcing strategies with overall category strategies and business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Master’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
- Extensive experience in procurement within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Background in tooling or mechanical components is a plus.
