Senior SAP Project Manager

Your responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
• Ensure the SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and integration points are effectively implemented.
• Streamline and align business processes with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains.
• Standardize business processes across the entity.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Coordinate training and change management activities to facilitate user adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
• Enhance operational excellence across the company by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan with stakeholders.

Required skills and experience:

• Degree in BsC/MsC.
• Several years of working experience in a project manager position, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• German will be an advantage.
• SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, able to move a cross-functional group in a single direction with a common vision and objective.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and business process optimization skills.
• Knowledge of change management.
