Your mission:

• Your mission includes the organization of smooth business trips,
  mainly flight, train, rental car and hotel bookings.
• You will record, monitor and manage travel-related data in our systems and create analyses and evaluations.
• You will be responsible for the organization of our vehicle fleet.
• Other administrative tasks will complement your mission and will be discussed in more detail in an interview.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training with technical affinity or technical vocational training with commercial understanding Industrial clerk, office management clerk, travel agent or comparable qualifications.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Organizational and coordination skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute to rapid decision-making with your clear and effective communication.
• Confident handling of MS Office, as well as initial knowledge of ERP software.
• Good knowledge of German and English, additional language skills an advantage.
