National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI) is a non-profit association dedicated to systematically unlocking, networking, and making valuable data collections from science and research accessible for long-term use. The organization is supported by both federal and state governments, creating essential conditions for new research questions, insights, and innovations. Currently, NFDI engages 26 specialist consortia, 327 member organizations, and over 1600 individuals from various scientific disciplines.
