We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead AV Eco System professional to join our Retail and Workplace Technology team, based in Zurich and reporting directly to the Head of Retail and Workplace Technology.
This role will be pivotal in creating the global Audio Visual vision across all of our locations, implementing global standards and operational delivery procedures. In addition, the role will focus on the overall management of AV within our portfolio.
Your Mission
- Design the overall AV vision and AV Eco System
- Implement AV global standards for Retail Stores, Workplaces and Showrooms
- Set the AV global standards in terms of hardware and operational management
- Create specific processes and procedures to ensure AV projects are delivered effectively and efficiently and aligned with team project managers
- Create and manage the intake of new AV projects in association with the PMO
- Manage global costs for AV hardware and report costs to PMO
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple teams, including Construction, Real Estate, Facility Management, Design, Finance, Commercial and more
- Collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure we receive the level of service expected whilst fostering strong and sustainable partnerships
- Organise and host AV dedicated workshops to align with company wide AV and digital concepts
- Global travel required
Your Story
- 8+ years of experience in AV Project Management
- 5+ years of delivering global AV solutions
- Experience in designing AV Eco Systems
- Proven track record in global, cross-functional stakeholder management
- Experience in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Network infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with 3rd party vendors and partners
- Experience in Real Estate construction is a plus
- Experience in expansion and space programming is a plus
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
