We are looking for a Strategic HR Manager Germany to provide at our client's production plant comprehensive advice and support for senior management and executives on all matters relating to HR, organisational structure and employment law. In this role you will be actively involved in shaping organisational, cultural and leadership development processesWe are looking for a sparring partner on an equal footing on topics such as leadership, performance, collaboration, workforce planning and change management, able to develop trust-based collaboration with internal stakeholders and the works council, to provide support for growth, change and restructuring processes at the site.Your Major ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy, Processes & Further DevelopmentFurther developing and ensuring sustainable HR structures, processes and policiesResponsibility for the standardisation, digitalisation and professionalisation of the HR landscapeLeading and contributing to strategic HR projects (e.g. HR processes, systems, staff development, employer branding)Contributing to succession, talent and staff development programmesCompetency matrixCompensation & BenefitsManaging incentive schemes (MBOs and commission models)Recruiting, Training & Employer AttractivenessStrategic responsibility for recruitment across the entire end-to-end processDevelopment of modern recruitment strategies, active sourcing approaches and employer branding initiativesEnsuring a professional onboarding process and a positive candidate experienceManagement and development of vocational training (technical and commercial), including training marketing and external partnershipsHR controlling & international interfacesDevelopment, maintenance and refinement of meaningful HR metrics, reports and dashboardsContribution to personnel cost, budget and forecast planningFormulation of well-founded recommendations for the Executive Board and managementClose collaboration with the Group’s Head Office HR team in the role of a local HR Business PartnerRegular coordination with Head Office Controlling regarding metrics, budgets and HR standardsWhat we are looking forA completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on human resources, business administration, business psychology or a related fieldSeveral years’ relevant professional experience in a senior HR role with a strong business partner approachProven experience in advising and supporting executives and senior managementExcellent knowledge of employment law and works council lawExperience in medium-sized, manufacturing or internationally oriented companies is an advantageAnalytical thinking, strategic strength and a strong hands-on approachExcellent interpersonal skills, integrity, assertiveness and empathyVery good written and spoken German and English
