Enterprise Software Sales Manager (B2B SaaS)
Are you experienced in selling sophisticated software platforms into large organisations and enjoy managing strategic sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature? We are working with a growing technology business seeking an ambitious sales professional to expand its enterprise customer base across the DACH market.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete commercial sales cycle, from prospect identification through to successful deal completion
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders including executives, IT leadership and operational management teams
Deliver solution presentations, discovery workshops and tailored demonstrations to prospective customers
Identify new business opportunities while growing existing strategic customer relationships
Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate complex procurement processes involving multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with technical consultants and marketing teams to create customer-specific solution strategies
Build a strong pipeline through proactive business development and consultative selling techniques
Background
University degree or equivalent professional qualification
Several years of success selling enterprise software or cloud‑based business applications into mid‑sized or large organisations
Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision‑makers and extended purchasing processes
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business challenges and position technology solutions effectively
Confident presenter and negotiator with excellent communication skills across technical and commercial audiences
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable taking ownership of ambitious revenue objectives
Previous exposure to areas such as digital transformation, workflow platforms, business applications, process automation or enterprise technology solutions would be advantageous
