We are currently seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Salary: Up to €110,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic transformation programmes from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with wider business objectives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to define objectives, priorities and key outcomes.
- Manage multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operating models and organisational efficiency.
- Lead change management activities and support teams through transformation programmes.
- Establish programme governance, reporting structures, KPIs and risk management processes.
- Identify and manage programme risks, dependencies and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across business and technology functions.
- Communicate programme progress, challenges and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure transformation benefits are measured and delivered.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex business or technology transformation programmes.
You should have excellent stakeholder management, programme management and change management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across both strategic and operational levels.
Experience working within large, complex organisations and managing cross-functional transformation initiatives would be highly advantageous.
Fluent German language skills are required.
