Für Unternehmen IT System administrator – In-house product – Stuttgart central / Hybrid – Bis Zu – €80,000
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT System Administrator to join our growing infrastructure team. As part of a product-based company developing in-house software, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our internal systems and development environments.
Your Tasks
- Maintain, monitor, and optimise internal infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers.
- Administer Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters used for development, staging, and production.
- Configure and manage enterprise-grade firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, pfSense).
- Implement and enforce system and network security best practices.
- Handle patch management, system updates, backup/restore operations, and DR planning.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration (Linux or Windows).
- Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).
- Proven experience configuring and managing firewalls and network security policies.
- Solid understanding of system monitoring tools, logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python is a plus).
- Understanding of authentication systems (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, etc.).
