Project Controls Lead – Pharmaceutical Project

I am currently supporting a major pharmaceutical project in Frankfurt and looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will take a leading role across project controls, working closely with the wider project and construction teams to ensure effective planning, cost control, forecasting, progress measurement and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project controls function across the project
- Oversee planning, scheduling and cost control activities
- Monitor project progress against the baseline programme
- Manage forecasting, budgets, cost performance and reporting
- Identify schedule and cost risks and support mitigation/recovery plans
- Produce and review project controls reports and KPIs
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, construction and commercial teams
- Support senior management with accurate project performance information
Requirements:
- Strong experience within Project Controls / Project Controls Management
- Background delivering large-scale construction, engineering or EPC projects
- Strong planning, scheduling and cost control knowledge
- Pharmaceutical or other complex/high-tech project experience beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Able to work 5 days per week onsite in Frankfurt
- Available to mobilise at short notice
