Our client has a brand new product to bring to market and is searching for an experienced Scrum Master that will play a key role in guiding their agile teams, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery, and driving continuous improvement across the development process.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor multiple Scrum teams in adopting agile methodologies and principles .
- Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups , Sprint Planning , Sprint Reviews , and Retrospectives .
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that hinder the team\’s progress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to enhance teamwork .
- Implement new agile practices and tools to continuously improve workflows.
- Share expertise and learn from the best practices within the team.
Requirements for the position:
- You are driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Show eagerness to contribute to the development and growth of a dynamic, agile team.
- You hold a Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) with extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and principles .
- Bring several years of experience in the role of Scrum Master or a similar position.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in using tools like Jira , Confluence , and other agile project management software.
- Known for a high level of reliability, responsibility, and quality awareness.
- Fluent in German , both spoken and written.
